RETURNS/EXCHANGES:

  • Our items are handcrafted and are made to order. Returns or exchanges are not permitted, unless incorrect item was received.
  • If your order is incorrect, you have up to 7 days to contact us, after order is delivered.  

 ORDERS:

Missing Order: In the event that your order is lost or missing in the mail, we do require you to follow up with the postal service and file a claim with them.

  • Undelivered / lost packages may be reissued if tracking number reflects no movement. 
  • Delivered packages that are reported lost/ stolen after delivery, may be reissued / refunded after claim is filed. 

Incorrect Orders: In the event your order is incorrect, please email us a photo of what you received and we will replace the items missing, once information is verified with postal service.

If you don't reach out within 7 days of receiving incorrect order, you may not be eligible for a replacement.

Broken Orders: In the event that your order arrives broken, you have 7 days to submit a photo / video of broken or defected order, to receive a replacement, refund, or a credit towards your next purchase. Without proper documentation, you may not be qualified for a refund or replacement.  

SHIPPING & PROCESSING:

In stock: items are expected to ship within 7-14 business days of purchase.

Pre-Sale: items are expected to ship within 3-5 weeks of purchase.

Tracking Information: You will receive tracking information when your shipping label has been created and your order is getting ready to ship. Please allow 24-48 hours from receiving your shipment notification to reach out regarding tracking information.

Delays: Due to Global Shipping delays shipping delays can exceed up to 12-24 days for US orders!

We are not responsible for orders that are lost or stolen in transit.

  • Always review ingredient list on products to ensure no allergies are present with the use of this product. We are not liable for any reactions that may occur.
  • Patch test a small section of the scalp and wait 24 to 48 hours. If there is any excessive scalp irritation, redness, itchiness, rashes or bumps, discontinue use IMMEDIATELY. 
  • This product is not FDA approved and is not guaranteed to work for everyone's hair and skin needs.
  • Our products are not intended to cure or prevent any disease.
