🔄 RETURNS & EXCHANGES
All of our products are handcrafted and made to order, so returns and exchanges are not permitted unless an incorrect item was received.
If you received the wrong item, you have 7 days from the delivery date to contact us at hello@diorganix.com with your order details.
📦 ORDERS & SHIPPING
🚚 Missing or Lost Orders
- If your order is lost in transit, please file a claim with the postal service.
- Undelivered or lost packages (with no tracking movement) may be reissued after verification.
- Delivered packages reported as lost/stolen after delivery may be eligible for a replacement or refund after a postal claim has been filed.
🚫 Incorrect Orders
- If you receive an incorrect item, email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of what you received.
- Once verified, we will ship the correct item at no additional cost.
- Failure to contact us within 7 days may result in ineligibility for a replacement.
💔 Damaged or Broken Orders
- If your order arrives damaged, you must submit a photo/video of the damage within 7 days of delivery to qualify for a replacement, refund, or store credit.
- Without proper documentation, we may not be able to process your claim.

Orders ship within 7-14 business days after purchase.
⏳ Pre-Sale Items
Pre-sale items ship within 3-5 weeks of purchase.
📬 Tracking Information
- You will receive tracking details once your shipping label has been created.
- Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking to update before reaching out.

Due to global shipping disruptions, delays may extend up to 12-24 days for U.S. orders.
